Hello I am Zoë Harris, founder of Zoga Yoga. I can help you feel better with well established yoga practices and techniques.

Taking a holistic approach to yoga I like to incorporate different styles, combining poses, breathing exercises and mindfulness.
Not only will you stretch tense muscles but leave the session feeling energised yet serene.
If you want to do yoga in Axminster or the Chard and Ilminster area of Somerset, come along to one of the regular weekly classes or book onto a workshop.
I also offer private 1 to 1 yoga tuition. These sessions are useful if you are a complete beginner and want to build up your confidence with yoga before attending a group class.
Private tuition is also helpful if you have an existing condition that would benefit from a tailored approach where I can teach you modifications.
