Hi, I’m Zoë, welcome to my little space on the internet.


I specialise in yoga for mid-lifers, supporting you to feel better in mind, body and soul. My classes and events create a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down a racing mind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace.

This isn’t advanced, bendy yoga, it’s accessible movement for real, busy people who may have stiff backs, tight hips, or just need a gentler approach. If you’re looking for an experienced teacher who understands how to offer modifications that truly suit your body, you’re in the right place.

I teach regular weekly classes in the Chard and Ilminster area of Somerset.

I also teach yoga online, offering five short, varied sessions each week. Whether you want an energising class to wake you up or a soothing practice to help you slow down in the evening, there’s always something to support how you feel that day.

Yoga for Midlife

I specialise in helping midlife women feel great with yoga. I can teach you how to ease your niggly aches and pains, manage your stress levels, improve your sleep and alleviate the symptoms of menopause.

Yoga for the Stages of Menopause

As a holistic health system yoga can help alleviate the symptoms of menopause like anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, digestive issues and joint and muscle pain. Yoga can be used on its own or alongside HRT or other menopause treatments like acupuncture or herbalism. Hormone Yoga Therapy

This is a dynamic series of yoga exercises and breathing which helps manage conditions associated with low hormone levels, such as hypothyroidism, Polycystic Ovaries, Menopause and fertility. The method was devised in Brazil in 1992 and is now practiced widely around the world. I regularly teach the system in workshops and online, you can find out more here: Hormone Yoga page
