Hi, I’m Zoë, welcome to my little space on the internet.

I specialise in yoga for mid-lifers, supporting you to feel better in mind, body and soul. My classes and events create a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down a racing mind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace.

This isn’t advanced, bendy yoga, it’s accessible movement for real, busy people who may have stiff backs, tight hips, or just need a gentler approach. If you’re looking for an experienced teacher who understands how to offer modifications that truly suit your body, you’re in the right place.
I teach regular weekly classes in the Chard and Ilminster area of Somerset.

I also teach yoga online, offering five short, varied sessions each week. Whether you want an energising class to wake you up or a soothing practice to help you slow down in the evening, there’s always something to support how you feel that day.
