1:2:1 Yoga Therapy

Discover the benefits of a therapeutic yoga session tailored especially for you.

Yoga therapy is suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities, offering a pathway to improved physical health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.

You don’t need to be bendy to take part in a yoga therapy session.  In fact you don’t need to have done any yoga before at all.  The poses can be adapted and props can be used, making them accessible to everyone.  Many of the physical exercise are simple warm up stretches. So no complicated bendy yoga poses.

I’m not just a Yoga Teacher, I’m a trained Yoga Therapist with additional qualifications in Yoga for the Stages of Menopause, Yoga Nidra, Somatics and Hormone Yoga Therapy. So, I can provide way more than just a yoga session.

My Yoga Therapy services are designed to provide personalised support, combining the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern therapeutic approaches to address your specific needs. Research has shown the therapeutic nature of yoga is great for relieving general aches and pains, releasing tension, improving sleep and managing stress and anxiety. As well as improving balance, flexibility and strength.

As a Yoga Therapist I take the various elements of yoga; the moves, the breathing practices, mediation, visualisation, sound and relaxation and use them to help improve your overall health and wellbeing.   I will give you the confidence and techniques to help you manage your health and wellbeing, so you feel great.

Client led – the  focus is on you as a person and not just the health condition.

Tailored practices – Each session is customised to suit your abilities, goals and needs, incorporating gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques

Self help tools – Typically you’ll be taught 2 or 3 easy techniques you can continue doing at home. This is where the true magic lies, the regular consistent practices will help speed your recovery. . If you can dedicate just a few minutes each day to these practices you will soon feel the benefits and you will have the skills and tools to manage your own wellbeing.

Supportive Environment: I create a safe, compassionate non-judgemental space for you to explore healing and growth at your own pace.
