- Hatha Yoga on Tuesday 19th August at 5.30pm.
- Energising Yoga on Wednesday 20th August at 8am.
- Vinyasa Flow Yoga on Friday 22nd August at 8am.
Plus on Thursday around 5pm I send out a Slow Yoga recording.
No worries if you can’t make the live session, you’ll receive the recording to view at a time to suit you over the 3 week period.
