2pm – 4.30pm Sunday 29th November
Whitelackington Village Hall, Ilminster, Somerset TA19 9EF
Spend a nurturing afternoon relieving your menopause symptoms.
Join Zoë for a calming and supportive workshop designed to help you feel more at ease in your body and mind. You’ll be guided through a range of simple, nourishing self-care techniques to release heat, settle the mind, and restore balance.
We’ll explore gentle breathwork and deeply relaxing yoga poses that you can easily do at home — short, effective methods to ease anxiety, irritability, and fatigue, while also soothing achy joints, digestive discomfort, and hot flushes.
Each practice takes just a few minutes, making them easy to weave into your daily routine.
Menopause can sometimes feel isolating, but this afternoon offers a safe, supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other women who understand.
It’s ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed or confused by all the information out there.
All practices are suitable for complete beginners and can be used on their own or alongside other menopause treatments, including HRT.
What to expect
You’ll enjoy a 90-minute yoga practice combining movement, breathwork, meditation, and deeply restorative poses, all thoughtfully tailored to ease the main symptoms of menopause, including hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue and low mood.
We’ll also take a little time to enjoy a cup of tea together, with space to chat, share experiences, and support one another.
Meet your teacher

Hi, I’m Zoë, founder of Zogayoga and now happily in my post-menopause years.
Yoga has been a powerful ally in easing my own menopause symptoms, and it’s inspired me to help other women find the same relief. I trained with Niamh Daly of Yinstinct Yoga and am now an accredited teacher in Yoga for the Stages of Menopause.
For the past four years, I’ve been sharing these supportive, evidence-based practices through my Menopause Yoga workshops, helping women navigate this stage with more calm, confidence, and balance.
Give yourself the gift of rest and understanding, reserve your place and start feeling like you again.
The Venue
Whitelackington Village Hall is a quiet venue, tucked away in a sleepy hamlet. Yet it’s only a short drive to Ilminster and the A303, so it’s easy to get to.
There is a large free carpark adjacent to the hall.
