This seasonal yoga workshop in Somerset offers gentle, accessible movement to support the body through the transition from winter to spring.

As the light begins to return, the days start to lengthen, something within us starts to stir as our body begins to wake up.

Join me for a nourishing yoga workshop designed to gently awaken your energy after winter, without pushing or forcing. This is a time for warming the body, softening tension, and reconnecting with what wants to grow as we move towards spring.

Through slow, grounding movement, gentle strengthening, somatic release and deeply restorative rest, you’ll be guided to kindle your inner flame, building warmth, clarity and steadiness from the inside out.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and quietly energised… like something inside has been gently lit again.
