Free Beginners Yoga Taster Sessions

Learn some of the basic yoga poses in the comfort of your own home. If you’ve always wanted to try yoga but not sure which style to choose or worried you’re not flexible enough, these sessions are perfect. All you need is a device to join in via Zoom and ideally a yoga mat, but that isn’t strictly necessary. I can provide advice on modifications to poses if necessary. Email if you want to join in so you can book a space.

Online Guided Relaxation

8.30 – 9pm Tuesday 23rd June

Also know as Yoga Nidra this wonderful practice soothes the nervous system and releases tension from the body. If you’re feeling anxious, stressed or having difficulty sleeping you might want to give it a go. You literally just lie down, either on your bed or the floor and listen to me guide you through a deep relaxation. Generally you stay awake throughout, but it puts your brain waves into the same pattern as if you are meditating. People often say they have the best nights sleep after taking part.

A session costs £4, email me to book a spot.

One-to-One Yoga

I am currently offering one-to-one bespoke sessions tailored to your needs through Zoom at the reduced cost of £30 per hour. These sessions are useful if you are a complete beginner and want to build up your confidence with yoga before attending a group class. If you have a pre-existing health condition i can suggest modifications to poses, to ensure you can still take part.
