Whether you’re looking for a way to move more, reduce stress, or simply try something new. By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel more connected to your body, calmer in your mind, and equipped to attend regular yoga classes with confidence.

I’m Zoë, I’ve been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for 12.  I’ve plenty of experience working with students of all abilities and with various health conditions. So, I can offer variations to poses to suit your needs.
