Hi, I’m Zoë a Yoga Therapist and Instructor here to help you feel great with yoga. Thanks for visiting my website. 

Do you want that calm energised feeling you get from a holiday? Well yoga can help you achieve that. You don’t need to be young and bendy to take part, yoga is easily adapted to suit all abilities regardless of age, flexibility and body shape.  I share my love for yoga in a practical down to earth way.  Minus the oms but with plenty of clear instruction so you know how to get in and out of poses safely. 

 I teach online plus community yoga classes, workshops and retreats in South Somerset, East Devon and West Dorset.  

Online Classes

Sometimes it’s easier to get on your yoga mat when you can do a 30 minute class in the comfort of your own home.  Whether you want an energising morning class or a relaxing evening one, I can help.  Join me live or watch a recording on catch-up with a choice of 5 different classes a week, more information here.

Community Classes, Workshops & Retreats

Private Tuition

Private Yoga sessions are lovely, as a Yoga Therapist I can tailor yoga sessions to suit you.   Yoga techniques can help with many issues, like sleeplessness and stress. Or enable you to alleviate injury or general aches and pains through gentle exercise and stretching. These sessions are also useful if you are a complete beginner and want to build up your confidence with a few private lessons before attending a group class. Private tuition is also helpful if you have an existing medical condition, such as chronic backache or a sports injury, which would benefit from a more therapeutic intervention.

Yoga for Midlife

I specialise in helping midlife women feel great with yoga. I can teach you how to ease your niggly aches and pains, manage your stress levels, improve your sleep and alleviate the symptoms of menopause.

Yoga for the Stages of Menopause

As a holistic health system yoga can help alleviate the symptoms of menopause like anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, digestive issues and joint and muscle pain. Yoga can be used on its own or alongside HRT or other menopause treatments like acupuncture or herbalism. Hormone Yoga Therapy

This is a dynamic series of yoga exercises and breathing which helps manage conditions associated with low hormone levels, such as hypothyroidism, Polycystic Ovaries, Menopause and fertility.
